SUBMITTING A WORK ORDER
Submit requests for maintenance directly through your Tenant Portal for maximum efficiency. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click “Request Maintenance”.
Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, and confirm whether or not the vendor has permission to enter if you are unable to provide access at the time of the service, then click “Submit Request”. For appliance issues, please include the brand and model number in your request.
MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
A maintenance emergency is an issue that is hazardous or potentially damaging to the property and/or your personal well-being if not addressed immediately (e.g., flooding, no heat in the winter, or gas leak).
An emergency is not a bothersome noise, air conditioning failure, appliance malfunction, or drain stoppage. While inconvenient, these are not considered emergencies and will be handled at the soonest available appointment.
AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES
If there is a life-threatening emergency, please call 9-1-1.
If there is a maintenance emergency, please call us at 206-622-8600 and select the after-hours answering service. The answering service will contact your Property Manager.
